API to generate DKIM keys for a mail order on Titan Mail Cloud infra. If keys already exist return existing Keys.

Operation not allowed if the domain's mail service is not hosted on the Titan Cloud infra (e.g. domains moved to local/cPanel hosting via Toggle Mail Service).
